Faux Plat

It’s TT time.

First time trial of my season this coming Saturday. I’ll be dragging myself out of bed at some silly time as I’m starting at 07:44.

There are still a couple of pieces of the aero puzzle missing. My shoe covers (which will make little to no difference) and my skinsuit, which was supposed to have been shipped yesterday but I’ve had no confirmation of that and with my experiences of the bicycle industry and the bicycle clothing industry in particular I’d be suprised if it turns up this month.

My bike is pretty much as you see it in the pic above (the tyre is inflated now).

• Look KEO carbon pedals off my road bike
• Reynolds wheels (old school ones with White Industries hubs) also from road bike

• Oval Clip on aero bars

I’ll also be wearing an aero helmet for the first time.
