Sensations
Raced at Hog Hill again yesterday. It was 3rd and 4th Cats for 1 hour. I did not manage an hour. Everything felt wrong. Asthma, sore muscles and no power. There were no good sensations.
It was however the largest turnout of the Rollapaluza Race Team. Andy, Tom, Sean and myself. With Jan, Julia and Brent watching. I was also blessed to have my fiance and little girl come and watch too.

Today was a different story altogether. Just popped out for an hour, had no expectations other than I wanted to get the legs turning. I rode tempo, went up for 45 minutes and then descended for 15. Every sensation was great, the weather good and the traffic non existent. Roll on summer.
