I just don’t feel…
like I’m doing enough. I’m missing too many workouts for various reasons (I was sick Saturday which meant I didn’t do Saturday PM and Sunday workouts). This week is an easy week but it’s killing me.
I know that this is the base period. I know that the work I do now should be easy. I know that it’s doing me good in the long run but it jsut feels like I’m wasting time and I should be knocking out 2x20s five times a week. FTP is everything right?
I’ll stick to the plan of course as best I can and whatever fitness I have during the summer will be what I have.
The only reason I want to be fit is so I can have more fun.
