Muscular Endurance.

According to the plan it’s time to start adding some ME workouts to the Endurance and Speed ones I’m already doing (I’ve done a little force but only at low heart rates).

Last night I did my first 2x20 of the year and another one this morning. They were done at tempo which probably is low zone 3 for heart rate (I’m not measuring anything other than time and cadence). Legs hurt a little in the hamstrings but generally the workouts felt good.

I watched Road to Roubaix whilst doing this mornings session and then my mind started to drift to spring days racing, the warm air on my face and sprinting to victory. Then I realised I was in my dining room dripping with sweat and being a few kg over weight.

I also received something very cool in the post this week, more on that another time.
